Grant of License
The Foundation grants to you a personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use this Site conditioned on your continued compliance with this Agreement. Limited portions of the Content available in the public areas of the Site may be accessed, printed and downloaded on an occasional basis for personal, scholarly, research, or other non-commercial purposes; provided that all hard copies contain all copyright and other applicable proprietary rights notices included in such content and information and/or appropriate attribution to the Foundation in a form and manner acceptable to us. You may not use Content in any manner that suggests the endorsement or association of any third-party entity, person, product or service by the Foundation unless express written permission has been given by the Foundation in advance. You may not under any circumstances copy, print or download in any medium all or substantially all of the Content.
The Foundation respects the intellectual property rights of others and requests that Site users do the same. Anyone who believes that their work has been infringed under copyright law may provide a notice to the designated Copyright Agent for the Site containing the following:

Availability of Filtering Software
We do not believe that the Site contains materials that would typically be the subject of filtering software and minors are not authorized to visit our Site. Nevertheless, all users are hereby informed that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available that may assist in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors. Governing Law and Forum
This policy shall be governed by the laws of Washington, DC, without regard to conflicts of law rules, and the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be Washington, DC. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Washington, DC for the purposes of any judicial proceedings relating to or arising from this Agreement.
The Foundation reserves the right at any time and for any reason to deny you access to the Site or any portion thereof, and/or to terminate this Agreement.
Failure to insist on strict performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent default or failure of performance. No waiver by the Foundation of any right under this Agreement will be deemed to be either a waiver of any other right or provision or a waiver of that same right or provision at any other time.
Nature of Relationship/Severability
No joint venture, partnership, employment, agency or other relationship exists between you and the Foundation as a result of this Agreement or your use of this Site. If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement/Reservation of Rights
Personal Information Provided by You
The Foundation may disclose Personal Information in connection with conducting audits, responding to legal and/or regulatory requirements, enforcing the Foundation’s policies, or in responding to complaints or safety or security concerns. The Foundation may also share your Personal Information with: (a) members of the Foundation’s corporate family and any successors; (b) other companies or organizations that work with, or on behalf of the Foundation to provide products and services; (c) law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity; and/or (d) other business entities, in connection with the sale, assignment, merger or other transfer of the Foundation’s business to such business entity. The Foundation will disclose Personal Information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Automatically Collected Information and Anonymous Information
Each time a visitor comes to the Site, the Foundation collects some information to improve the overall quality of the visitor’s online experience, including product/service monitoring, product/service improvement, and targeted advertising. Such information may include referral data (e.g., the address of the last URL a user visited prior to clicking through to the Site) and your web browser and operating platform type.
2. Web Server Logs and IP Addresses : An Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that automatically identifies the computer/machine you have used to access the Internet. The IP address enables our server to send you the webpages that you want to visit, and it may disclose the server owned by your Internet Service Provider. The Foundation may use IP addresses to conduct Site analyses and performance reviews and to administer the Site.
Some of Site’s web pages may use web beacons in conjunction with cookies to compile aggregate statistics about Site usage. The Foundation has established reasonable precautions to protect collected Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, which include contractual, administrative, physical, and technical steps.
